If you grew up watching Group B rally cars, last weekend’s private collection tour was as good as it gets! So many rally icons in one place…..Ford RS200, Lancia 037 Stradale, Audi Sport Quattro, Peugeot 205 T16, Ford RS500 (Wolf Edition), MG Metro 6R4, Peugeot R5 Turbo, Mercedes-Benz 190 Evo II. And probably the craziest car of the bunch….the Citroen BX 4TC. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see all of these cars up close and learn more about what makes them so special.
And if that wasn’t enough, we also got a behind-the-scenes tour of the shop at DirtFish (https://www.dirtfish.com). The amount of abuse that these cars take on a daily basis is staggering. The talented technicians at DirtFish replace shocks in about as much time as it takes most folks to change their oil. Super impressive!
