It was a beautiful, crisp morning last Sunday for the Avants Off-Road Snow & Winch Recovery tech session. We met near the Ranger Creek Campground outside of Enumclaw and quickly got to work. King County Search & Rescue volunteers Branden Ben Powell, Michael Smith and Lance Hanson gave folks a hands-on lesson covering recovery tools and techniques. Great diversity of vehicles….Ford Raptor, Subaru Forester, Mercedes G-wagon and of course, Branden’s super rad Pinzgauer!
