The second annual Avants Classics on the Green at Chateau Ste. Michelle brought out the best of the Pacific Northwest car community. Guests were treated to a curated collection of over 100 rare automobiles along with some unexpectedly blue skies. Live music was provided by Birch Pereira & The Gin Joints while catering was provided by Metropolitan Grill, Shooby Catering and Twelve Baskets Catering.
Along with an assortment of vintage race cars and street cars, guests also enjoyed a collection of rare motorcycles. There was even a large slot car track for the kids to enjoy. The show had something for everyone.
A special feature of this year’s event was a live painting of a Porsche 356 sculpture by Los Angeles-based artist Felix Holst. The Porsche 356 body panels were donated by renowned Porsche builder Rod Emory. The finished piece will be auctioned via BringATrailer.com with all proceeds benefiting Seattle Children's Hospital and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
