We’ve created two awesome routes to choose from….North and South.
The Southern Route consisted of almost purely canyon driving, with stops at scenic spots along the way to take photos, such as the Dinosaur Ridge Visitor's Center, the Central City Opera House, the Golden Gate State Park Visitor's Center, and the Buffalo Overlook off I-70.
The Northern Route is longer by distance, and a good balance between canyon carving and long straights in the foothills to put your foot down and enjoy the views of the mountains. It similarly has some great scenic photo spots, like the Stanley Hotel, Horsetooth Reservoir, and downtown Lyons.
Great excuse to get out of the house for a few hours! Can’t wait to do it again soon. Stay tuned for more Scavenger Hunts!
