Who knew that Social Distancing could be so much fun? Avants folks took to the streets last weekend to enjoy some beautiful roads and fantastic weather….all while obeying the 6-ft rule of course!

Families, dogs, motorcycles, trucks…..it didn’t matter! Everyone had a blast. Some crazy folks managed to do both routes!

The East route started at Carnation Farms and headed south down through Snoqualmie and Black Diamond, finishing at Griot’s Garage in Tacoma. The West route started at the Museum of Flight in South Seattle and continued down along the water through Des Moines and Redondo Beach, finishing at Griot’s Garage in Tacoma.

Speaking of Griot’s Garage……a big thank you to Guy DeVivo and the whole crew at Griot’s Garage in Tacoma for hooking up Avants members with a free bottle of Best of Show Detailer and Ceramic 3-in-1 Wax after finishing the scavenger hunt. A perfect way to end the day.

And thank you to Avants members Brian Nash and Fred Russell for putting together two fantastic routes. You guys are the real MVPS.

Based on the popularity of this event, we’ll definitely be organizing more like this. Thank you to everyone who posted pictures and made it so much fun!
