The ladies of Avants came together last Wednesday evening to kick off their first tech session with Stew’s Self Service Garage. Stew took them through a basic introduction to DIY auto maintenance and repair. He showed them how to check engine oil, add engine oil, read tire pressures and how to properly fill tires.
“It was such a great experience. I’m excited for the next one!” said Karisa Haydon.
The next part of the series with Stew’s Self Service Garage will involve how to put a car on the lift safely and change the oil.
