Join us on Saturday, Sept. 23rd for a fun-filled day of Autocross at Sanderson Field in Shelton (right next to The Ridge race track).
There will be two sessions -- morning and afternoon. You are welcome to attend either or both sessions. I'd recommend attending both sessions if you can. There will be a Taco truck on site for lunch.
All skill levels welcome! Instructors will be on hand to provide coaching if desired.
The nice folks at Torque Steerers Driving Club are letting us tag along to their event.
A few notes:
Cost will be around $40 per session (e.g. $40 for the morning. $40 for the afternoon).
You will need a helmet (A SNELL 2005 - M or SA - or newer helmet). If you don't have one, you may be able to borrow one at the event.
Avants members will be in their own class.
You will be able to swap cars with other members if you'd like. However, swapping cannot hold up other cars, so you'll need to be quick.
When you are not driving, you will be working (picking up cones, etc).
You will need to put your class letters and number on your car. Bring some blue painters tape.

Create your car. In the 'Class' menu, select 'Avants'.
Register for the session(s) that you wish to participate in. "Understeer" is the morning session. "Oversteer" is the afternoon session.
Pay at the event
There is no penalty for pre-registering and not showing up, so if you are thinking about going, go ahead and register.
